Waiver & Liability Release
 

By registering for and participating in events organized by Professional Soccer Pathways (PSP), the participant (or their parent/guardian if under 18) agrees to the following terms:
 

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries from physical contact, falls, and environmental factors. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in PSP events.
 

Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself (or my minor child), hereby release and hold harmless Professional Soccer Pathways, its staff, coaches, affiliates, and facility providers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in PSP events, including injuries, property loss, or other damages.
 

Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize PSP representatives to seek medical treatment for me (or my minor child). I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in PSP events.
 

Photo & Video Release

I grant PSP permission to use photos and videos taken during events for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
 

Compliance with Rules

I agree to follow all event rules, policies, and instructions provided by PSP staff and coaches. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.

By registering and participating in PSP events, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Waiver & Liability Release and agree to its terms.
