1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
 

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Tryout participants must be at least 17 years old.

• Registration is only complete upon payment of the tryout fee.

• PSP reserves the right to deny or cancel registrations at its discretion.
   

3. Refund Policy

• Fees are non-refundable, except in the event of event cancellation by PSP.

• Transfers of registration to another individual are not permitted.
   

4. Event Rules & Conduct

• Participants must follow all instructions from PSP staff and CD Castellón coaches.

• Disruptive behavior, cheating, or misconduct may result in removal without refund.
   

5. Liability Waiver

• PSP is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost property during tryouts.

• By registering, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with soccer tryouts.
   

6. Use of Media

• PSP may take photos/videos of the event for promotional purposes.

• By participating, players consent to their images being used by PSP and CD Castellón.
   

7. Changes to Terms

PSP reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the latest version.
