Code of Conduct
At Professional Soccer Pathways (PSP), we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all participants, coaches, and staff. By registering for and participating in PSP events, all individuals agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct:
Player Expectations

Show respect for coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents at all times.

Follow all event rules and instructions given by PSP staff and coaches.

Demonstrate good sportsmanship, fair play, and a positive attitude.

Refrain from engaging in any form of verbal or physical abuse, bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

Attend all scheduled sessions on time and be prepared with the necessary gear.

Maintain the integrity of the game by not engaging in any dishonest behavior.
Parent & Spectator Expectations

Encourage and support all players in a positive manner.

Refrain from coaching players during training sessions or matches.

Respect the decisions of the coaching staff and event officials.

Do not engage in any behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
Prohibited Behavior

Use of offensive language, gestures, or inappropriate conduct.

Physical altercations or any form of violence.

Damage to facilities, equipment, or property.
-
Use of drugs, alcohol, or any banned substances during the event.

Any conduct that PSP management deems detrimental to the event or participants.
Consequences for Violations

Participants who violate this Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension from activities, or expulsion from the event without a refund.

Severe violations may result in a permanent ban from future PSP events.
By participating in PSP events, all players, parents, and spectators acknowledge and agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action at the sole discretion of PSP management.
